5 building plus clubhouse, 74 units total. Project included all unit and common electrical, Site work, Security and access control. This was Davis Bacon project and was completed 2 months early and on budget for our client.

Centerton Village

(2) 4 story buildings, 105 unit’s total. Project included all unit and common electrical, site primary and secondary service, 2 site sanitation pump stations. Full commercial grade fire alarm with 100+ points per building. The project was completed on time and on budget for our clients.

Autumn Park Village

10 Building plus Clubhouse. 254 unit’s total. Project includes All Site work for this development and the single-family townhomes located at the front of the project. All unit and common electrical as well as a full commercial fire system. We are currently operating with an 8-man team onsite; we are actively on time and on budget with this project. Special note, the bid was generated July of 2020, the project was awarded May 2021, with the current volatility of the materials market we were able to work with our vendors and secure all building materials in advance and without any increased costs or lost time to our clients.
